chemicals only

The adjustment and monitoring of chemicals can be a hassle for pool owners especially during the summer or rainy seasons. At times this process can be confusing and costly as you chase optimal numbers when environmental factors are not cooperating. This option leaves the manual labor to the home owner as we do run into people who enjoy that work. While you take care of the leaves and debris, we will ensure that all of the chemicals necessary for a beautiful pool are in the desired range.

Maintenance and repairs

Routine maintenance is key to the longevity of your pool and equipment. Pump pressure, excessive dirt and debris, clogged skimmers and aging plaster can wreak havoc on a system. Filter cleans can be an affordable stop gap to extend the life of your filters and pump.

Occasionally we will suggest filter cleans when excessive buildup has created a high pressure environment within your system. However, backwashing your system routinely can cut down on the need for full filter cleans.

Occasionally filters have run their course and have no more useful life at which point a replacement is warranted as well. We want to assure you if a maintenance item is necessary we will walk you through why and explain the cost of the intervention.

As your pool ages there will repairs that will be needed that can range from small leaking seals to plumbing failures or pump malfunction. If these arise we are fully capable of providing the repair or we will contract someone in our extensive network of honest contractors who can perform the repair when we can’t.
